Its a 3 tiere Frozen cake inspired by princess Elsa and Anna coronation dresses. The oryginal design had tiara on the top which unfortunately broke hence the Elsa figurine. Everything is made out of sugarpaste except the diamante ribbons. Top tiere- moost chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, middle tiere- carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and bottom tiere is a white chocolate mud cake tinted blue with chocolate chip vanilla buttercream.
