This cake is a surprise gift to a friend. 6-inch chocolate moist cake with chocolate ganache. The flowers are inspired by Jacqueline Butler’s sugar flowers. I love her work and I gave this a try. I am very please with how it turned out considering this is my first try with making and bunching these flowers. Thanks for viewing my work.
