Done for a friend who was very receptive of all my design suggestions and with the help of a fabulous tutorial on the billowing technique by ‘The joy of Cake’. Rich fruit on the bottom, middle and top are tropical Fruit. The top cake is being sent to her BF who is currently serving in Afghanistan – here’s hoping that the troops enjoy their treat
