This was a labour of love…. thanks to Viva la Cake who gave me the idea to wrap the fondant on!
My littlest is 3 tomorrow, and he loves all things space, and his favourite toy is a rocket. So it seemed like the obvious choice. Thankfully my husband is an engineer and helped me design a structure to support this cake! It’s luxury belgian chocolate (Rory’s favourite) and it stands at 14" high.
