Hi Everyone, this is my first topsy turvy cake. It definately gave me a few challenges but I pulled it together and was so proud of myself when I was finished. The top tier is a 6 inch caramel mud cake with caramel ganache, middle tier is an 8 inch white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and the bottom tier is a 10 inch chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache. Everything is edible except the bling on the topper.. And my fondant is a mixture of MMF and store purchased bakels (australian).
