More yummy sponge cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Frosted in Fresh whipped cream with fondant accents. Love making these. :)

Thank you. It’s Whipped cream. Believe me it has taken me a lot of time and practice to learn to get it that smooth. Since I use the Sharon Zambito(SugarEd Productions) method for buttercream cakes, I guess the practice on that has helped me with the whipped cream as well.
