A surprise birthday cake for a gorgeous girl, in her favourite colours. The fondant figurine was made in her resemblance :-)
1st tier in baby pink – two layers of red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream topped with hand piped buttercream roses
2nd tier in mint green – 6 layers of fresh strawberries and cream sponge with swiss meringue buttercream, topped with a white chocolate dome.
The birthday girl was heavily pregnant then, hence the round tummy and her hands resting on it – just in case you’re wondering ;-)
