These cookies were made for my niece’s First Holy Communion. I used a Butterfly stencil from Designer Stencils with royal icing. Colours matched her cake. We wrapped them up and added a tag to use as place cards for seating. Everyone loved the light yet sweet taste. Next time, I would add some more piping around edges…but as usual ran out of time. But I will defintley use this stencil again.
