I tried hand painting on a cake for the first time today. The birthday girl likes purple frangipani’s and wanted the cake sprayed in tones of purple and pink, but I wanted to add a bit more depth. I found a drawn picture on the net and traced it onto the cake, sprayed over it and then painted in the flowers and leaves, I think it turned out great and the birthday girl loves it too!!
