The all edible Little mermaid cake I had made in September 2013 for my daughter’s best friend Pritika as a birthday gift. It is covered in coloured ganache with fondant accents. They loved the mermaid and the taste of cake. The gir was so happy with the cake that she kept telling everyone whoever she met for months about her birthday cake. And now wants to learn how to make the simillar cakes. This is the reason I love doing these cakes. The happiness it brings to the kids and people and the lasting memories it gives them, also gives me immense satisfaction n happiness.
