A cake done for an extremely autistic girl turning 18. She loves Winnie the Pooh, and especially the image on the cake. The mother couldn’t get anyone to use the particular image, so I took on the task because of the special circumstances. (The birthday girl HAS to have Winnie the Pooh on her birthday cake, and ABSOLUTELY HAS to have the particular image, or she becomes violent).

I used isomalt as the hunny, and bees buzzed around the cake. A few days later the mother called to tell me that her daughter loved the cake so much, she literally ate cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until it was gone. :)
