This was my first attempt on a little birthday cake for a friend. She had specific colors in mind and wanted the bow. Well, my bow is a little poofie and wide. I’m still learning but it was a ton of fun to make. The top cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling and second cake was a strawberry cake made with raspberry whipped cream filling. As far as the fondant, I love working with marshmallows.
