The main part of the cake is a 2 tier sponge cake, the turrets are also fully edible and are made from cup cornets filled with a cake pop mix, topped with melted chocolate and sprinkles to form giant jazzies on top. Yummy…

The castle is my own design and isn’t really to resemble the castle from Frozen but the little Birthday girl wanted the cake “dressed” with the characters from the film.
