This is my Carousel cake for two friends little girls birthdays. I have to admit, as much as I loved doing it this cake, it was a challenge!! I tried firstly covering with modelling chocolate (homemade) which didn’t go to plan, so then I opted for Fondant…so a slightly disappointing finish on the top of the Carousel. Although I was a little rushed this time, next time I know where to take extra time on! I’m now working on getting my modelling chocolate right…and how to fix it to my cake :)
