Loved making this cake (not transporting it so much though!). It’s a 2 tier cake with 4 layers of cake per tier. The bottom is vanilla sponge filled with Belgian White Chocolate Ganache Buttercream. The top tier is a Chocolate cake filled with a poured Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache and Belgian White Chocolate Ganache Buttercream. The cake is decorated with a topper and flowers (Roses & Gerberas) and piles of fresh fruit (Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries).
