A special request for a monkey theme cake, my first thought was only two things- monkey with the bananas ! Instead of going for the usual topper or sculpted cake, I want to do something different this time. What about a big head monkey with cute little body ??? I baked a chocolate mud cake in football mould using half and turn it into the head, the rest are basically fondant. Loving the cheekiness of the monkey holding tight to his treasured bananas !
