This was a fun cake to make. The groom loves his jeep and the bride managed to find a replica of it. They are both students at UGA and wanted something small to symbolize that on the grooms cake. The cake itself is a death by chocolate cake with mint oreo cookie buttercream filling. The mud track is cake pop material covered with chocolate ganache the “dirt” is crushed oreo cookies.

I sanitized the jeep and used bamboo skewers to attach it to the cake.
