A tasting cake done a while back for my best friend’s soon-to-be daughter in law. Will be a fall wedding. Wanted orange and purple incorporated into the decorations. Bottom tier 6" chocolate with raspberry curd. Top tier 4" carrot with cream cheese. All iced with swiss meringue buttercream, then covered in modeling chocolate. Flowers and embellishments fondant with tylose added.
