I made the wine bottle from modelling chocolate.
The crackers are a fortune cookie – with a chocolate bowl filled with a mocha dip.
The cakes are a banana cake with caramel frosting, a vanilla sponge with lemon and passion fruit and a chocolate cake with cherry and choc ganache.

I just wish I could have made a sugar glass wine glass but I was unable to source a mould in New Zealand
