My favorite cake yet!! Absolutely LOVED making this cake!! I named him Crush and was a bit sorry to let him go when delivery time came. I was completely inspired by the 2009 Love to Cake Gold Medal winner at Birmingham, so thank you so much, Love to Cake! I must have stared at your pic for 5 days straight! lol I used about a ton of modeling chocolate to make this BIG guy. The cake board measured 36"x 36" and pretty sure he was around 75 lbs. A huge hit with my clients and hoping you like him too!!
