I got a call from a friend one Friday morning, asking me if I would have time to do a Penguin cake for the next day – she had tried to make her daughter’s birthday cake herself & made such a mess of it that she couldn’t bring herself to give it to her! Eden’s favourite penguin is Mumble from the movie Happy Feet, so with only 20 hours to do it, I made this cake for them. They LOVED it….. phew!
