I’ve made this cake at least 4 times now in either a Minnie or Mickey style and this one is my favorite so far. It’s a design favorite for little girls it seems in my neck of the woods. I really enjoy making Minnie and Mickey cakes like this, something about modelling the head that is so satisfying. I use RKT to mold the shape of the head, nose and mouth and then when it’s just right I cover in modelling paste. Jenni really enjoyed her cake as did Mum and all who went to her party.
