The Lady I did this cake for was having a Vegas themed party and wanted feathers. I decided to base the design on a Can-Can dancer. All feathers and Bling, with a black choker style edible ribbon on the top tier and big black edible ribbon and bow on the bottom. oh and more feathers! She was thrilled!!
