White Chocolate overload: white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate buttercream. I was asked to make a simple cake for an 81 year old grandmother and mother and became inspired by some of the beautiful autumn roses I spotted in our neighbourhood. I added a silver rose and offset this bright pink and black lettering. I hope you like it
