I learnt so much making this cake. Originally it was just meant to be what it looks like in the photo, but the bride decided the week before the wedding that she wanted to make the little cakes the bon Bonaire for the wedding. All 200 of them. This would have been fine except that this was mud cake and I was up until 4am the morning of the wedding covering them.
