Oktoberfest Cake for my daughter´s 9th birthday. Bavarian Style Fondant Covered Cake with two layers.
First layer Strawberry Cake with fresh Strawberry filling, Cream cheese frosting and Chantilly Cream. Second layer with Lemon Curd and Chantilly Cream. Both cakes crumb coated with vanilla italian meringue buttercream.
Edelweiss flowers, Pretzels, Gingerbread heart hand modeled with Fondant. Everything edible.
