This is a birthday cake for Andrew…who LOVES his dog, Roxy. So I recreated Roxy using custom blended food gels hand-painted on fondant. My first attempt at combing buttercream. I love the look…clean and neat. The cake itself is chocolate fudge, with vegan vanilla buttercream, and a strawberry filling.
