*This is a sweet little two tier baby shower “baby butt” cake. Everything on this cake is edible. The legs and feet are rice krispie treats covered with fondant. I always try to do realistic little creases in the soles of the feet and toes. To be totally honest, I was never fond of this idea when I made the first one three years ago, but when my three year old daughter and niece walked over to the cake and tickled the feet and asked me where the baby’s head was-well, I thought I guess I had made it pretty realistic looking. That first one was made for my daughter in law’s baby shower for my sweet little granddaughter and I have made many since then.
