This is the 2nd cake I have made for little Cruz who is turning 2. He is a big fan of The Wiggles and his mum thought the Big Red Car along with the ‘new’ Wiggles would be perfect for his birthday. This cake caters for 40 desert / 80 coffee sized portions.
