These “cakes” are actually deep dish cookie cakes, as requested by the bride and groom. The top and bottom cakes are chocolate chip and the middle cake was chocolate fudge with white chocolate chips. To make it look a bit more bridal I added buttercream roses to the centre of each “cake”. I was so nervous about the cookies getting too hard so I baked them the day of. They were still slightly warm by the time I delivered and set up.
