This cake was a red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache – 7″ × 11″. It has 3 rows of grapevines on top, with a gumpaste bicycle leaning against the first row & a basket with a bottle of vino inside :) It was a custom cake for Ann’s 60th & It was great to get a phone call from her today thanking me for her cake (which was a surprise for her).
