I made this cake for a friend who’s baby was born prematurely. She wanted a cake to take into the doctor’s & nurses in the NICU to say thank you for everything they had done. The Krispy Kreme’s were because she used to take boxes of them in for the nurses. The little Winnie The Pooh NICU sign was on the wall outside the ward.
