I made this cake for my daughter’s sweet 16 and her present was that we were taking a trip to Paris and London. She loved the cake! It is vanilla cake with butter cream frosting and fondant stripes and bows. The Eiffel Tower is royal icing. Thanks

Thank you. The Eiffel tower is made completely out f royal icing. I had to create it in pieces then put it together.

THis is such a gorgeous cake! I am in awe of your eiffel tower I was going to attempt a french cake but didnt think i could do an eiffel tower. so i am going to skip out and do a pretty cake in the colors. but you really hit the nail on the head!!
