Happy 5th Birthday Christian! Construction Pals inspired Dump truck on a big 12" cake. The truck is about 8" long and almost 10" high if you go to the top of the #5 on the (RKT) dirt pile! Side decorations are hand cut construction vehicles and traffic cones. The truck is RKT covered in modeling chocolate. This was my first real project using these mediums on my own. The cake is chocolate and vanilla layers filled with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream. TFL
