I was given the wonderful task of creating a cake fit for a young lady who is a makeup consultant. Her name was given to her inspired by Coco Chanel-therefore it was only fitting to incorporate it into the cake somehow (i used a photo of a Coco Chanel handbag as a guide for the cake topper).
The main nerve racking thing was-this cake was for a family members 21st birthday!
I haven’t been to a party that one of my cakes were displayed and watch as many hours of work cut up and eaten. Judging by the faces of those eating it-it went well!

Base tier was a 11" cake, 4" high extremely moist banana cake filled with milk chocolate ganache
Top tier was a 9" cake, 4" high double chocolate mud cake filled with milk chocolate ganache
