This one is one of my favourite cakes I made. It’s was VERY pink and girly but that’s how I like my cakes. It’s also my first carved cake (I know, I know it’s not exactly complicated design but still..) Underneath all that pink and blossom was a delicious, moist carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
