A gluten free, lactose free fruit cake iced in lactose free buttercream and a regular fruit cake with buttercream. Both were decorated very simply. The couple didn’t want anything decorated as the cakes were just going to be sliced and boxed, however, I couldn’t resist adding a few little flourishes. They were pleasantly surprised.
