I was asked to make this cake for my husband’s parent’s diamond wedding anniversary. I haven’t been decorating cakes for long and looking back at this cake it seems quite amateurish but I enjoyed doing it and the roses were my first attempt at creating sugar flowers. The recipients were pleased with it so I was happy :)
