I made this Lego inspired cake for my sons 9th birthday. It’s a basic butter cake, coloured 4 colours to create a ‘rainbow cake’ inside.
Cake was iced with buttercream, and covered with fondant. I made the moulds for Lego pieces myself and used gum paste/fondant to create them.
Everything but the Lego men, truck and candles, is edible and made by myself.
I had a blast making this cake and can’t wait to try new things and gain more experience as I go.
