Customer wanted a cake for her daughter’s 1st birthday, so it could be used for a photo shoot for a smash cake. I used Italian Meringue Buttercream…….OMG it tasted delicious the buttercream…….so creamy and melt in your mouth taste……no grains in that buttercream.
