Bridal Shower Cake~ I made this cake with my friend Andrew McEwen of Blue Ribbon Cakes. A mutual friend who knows we both have our own cake business asked us to collaborate on a cake for her Bridal Shower. This is what we came up with. Our very first attempt at a cake using the “Billowing” technique taught by Susan Trianos.

We were SO happy with how this turned out. :-)
