Jungle Jungle was inspired by my children’s love of animals and visiting zoo’s. So I tried to use all their favourites and incorporate them in the cake. I made fondant figures and for the vines I buttercream with a fondant leaves to give some depth. For the mud effect I used a dark muscovado sugar.
