We made these eggless fresh cream cakes as an offering at our local temples in celebration of the birth of our 10th Guru. These are plain sponges sandwiched and covered in fresh whipped cream and decorated with fresh strawberries, kiwis, pineapple and grapes, and topped with chocolate flakes, then dusted with icing sugar and cocoa.
