Madagascan vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve.

The head/foot boards are flower paste painted with vodka/gel colour and dried in an oven with just the light on for two days. The bedding is sugarpaste.

The figures are toys to give the birthday boy a longer lasting treat.
