This was my very first Christmas Cake made for my manager! This is a 2-tier cake with an 8" Chocolate Mud Cake with dark chocolate ganache filling and frosting as the bottom layer and the 6" Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting filling and frosting as the top layer. The cake tops are completely edible and is all handmade. The 3 Boys Choirs holding their song book on their hand represents my manager’s 3 beautiful children!
