I was asked to make a Skylanders cake for a client and I had no idea what they were until I received this requested. The cake is a vanilla sponge covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant. The topper is made from RKT and fondant, with big thanks to all the wonderful “sugar geeks” on Facebook who provided their advice on how to make the creature with his arms raised :) x
