We had made this Christmas Cake for a client. A company wanted to personalize this cake for its employees. So we made lots of fondant gift boxes with the employees initials on them.

They loved it. Its an eggless cake -bottom tier is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, middle tier is Vanila cake with butter cream &top tier is chocolate cake with fresh fruit filling.

Everything is 100% edible and completely handmade.
