It was the night before Christmas and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
But two little children not so fast asleep,
Heard a jingling sound and came downstairs to peep.
Their eyes wide and mouths agape,
‘Thank you Santa’ they whispered to the red round shape.
