Merry Christmas everyone! This is this year’s Christmas cake. The snowman is a rich fruit cake covered in fondant. The two bushes (one with lights) are red velvet cake with fondant. The house at the back is an image printed out to A1 size, mounted on card and then lights put in behind the windows.
