This cake was baked for a team of NHS professionals. I was requested to make the cake very simple and classy. So, I decided to use damask stencil on the cake with achieving crispy sharpe edges on the cake. After several attempts i am so proud of the sharpe edge.

I’m attempting a Damask Wedding cake next year for the first time, and would love some hints and tips on the sharp edges as well as how to Damask without smudging the design (never done this before so don’t know how to approach it). xx
